Samuel Turco is a native Nebraskan whose wealth of knowledge and experience in bankruptcy law, along with a rich understanding of the issues faced by those in all corners of the state, has been instrumental in building a bankruptcy law practice adept in always seeing things from the client’s perspective.

Utilizing his legal and financial background, Turco works with individuals, couples and families in understanding what can be an intimidating situation and aiding them in negotiating through their financial difficulties.

Turco, along with the other attorneys at the firm, practices exclusively in bankruptcy law. In doing so, they’ve built a knowledge base that is unmatched by smaller law firms who only practice bankruptcy law part-time, while also maintaining a personalized approach and high level of integrity.

In working for close to twenty years with people from both the smallest towns and most compact cities, Turco has developed a practice that is relationship-based, with clients working directly with attorneys from the beginning of their case to the end. As a result, they’re always working with attorneys who know the specific details of their case, not paralegals or assistants.
